Farida Djumabaeva |
Farida Djumabaeva is a specialist on engineering education. She worked as Assistant Professor in Tashkent Automobile and Road Construction Institute, also worked part-time at The Institute of Problems of Higher and Secondary Specialized School as researcher. She finished her research on Vocational education with dissertation defence and got PhD degree in 1999. Her experience includes participation in implementing of two TACIS Projects: EDUZ-9602 and EDUZ-9803 on the reform of public, vocational and higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Farida has been working with the Project from the first day of its commencement. As an Office manager of the main office she ensures the smooth running of the Project Office, which involved the day-to-day management and supervision of all local office staff and drivers, the oversight of all Project office equipment and supplies, quality assurance of translations. |

Abduvahob Abidov |
Mr. Abduvakhab S. Abidov
joined the project from the first day of its commencement.
Manages day-to-day operations of the project sub-office and provides logistical support to the Teacher Development Component. Translates to and from Uzbek, Russian and English languages. Mr. Abduvakhab has well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to quickly form productive working relationships. He is energetic and task-oriented. Has an expertise about Uzbekistan Education System from his experience in Tashkent Primary School-174, where he worked during 2000-2001 as a Teacher of English. Worked in Le Meridien Tashkent hotel 1996-2000 as a Hotel Night Manager. |

Timur Fedorenko |
Timur has been employed as an IT Administrator to manage & maintain electronic information and processing systems. Also he consults international and local consultants and local staff concerning their information technology needs.
Over 7 years work expierence with Windows-based and 1 year in Unix-based systems. Good knowledges about various network technologies and good programming skills (Delphi) including Internet programming language (PHP). |

Violet Rijova |
Violet graduated in 1999 from the Tashkent Institute of Textiles and Light Industry. Her previous work experience includes Head of the Research Laboratory with the private firm �ESPERO� and Office Manager with Central Asia Consultants.
She is currently the Assistant Office Manager with the SSEP. Her duties include the design, management and maintenance of the Project�s electronic and paper-based filing systems. Violet works with the Office Manager in carrying out the various administrative functions for the Project and assumes her duties when she is absent. More recently Violet has taken on added duties and is now working with the Labour Market Sub-Component to design and administer their database of students and employers as part of the Model School Graduate Tracer Study. She also maintains and updates component Gantt charts. Violet has qualified as a Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in Microsoft SQL databases. |

Vita Milaya |
Vita is the Office manager assistant IDSSVE Sub-office (Institute for the Development of Senior Secondary Vocational Education) involved mainly in the "Teacher Education Development" component.
Job Objective: Preparation of visa documents for the international Consultants, work with documents of the Project, and also with local experts and the international consultants of the Project. To provide, under the direction of the Office Manager, general typing and clerical services at the Project sub � office in the IDSSVE.
Before taking up this post she had operational experience in Agency on realization of the Cotton Project at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a department "Monitoring and Evaluation"
Good knowledge of languages both English, and Uzbek
Currently finished study on her second education at the Tashkent Bank College on a specialty "Banking Course".
