Eugenie A. Muminova |
Eugenie Muminova has been with the project from the very beginning - she even acted as an interpreter during the contract negotiations. She graduated from the Tashkent State University in 1997 having obtained a bachelor degree in psychology. In the course of her University studies she was twice the winner of the Republican English language contest.
She worked for several years as an interpreter/office manager for an Uzbek-American system integrator called Master Instruments. She also worked as an interpreter for Uzpak the first Internet provider in Uzbekistan. In the course of the project she has worked as an interpreter with international consultants of a number of nationalities, and has recently taken on the role of project management assistant, managing the translation control system, controlling the quality of translations and providing administrative support to the international team leader and deputy team leader. |

Jamshid Begmatov |
Jamshid graduated in 1997 from the Institute of Engineering and Economics in Andijan. His previous working experience includes State Tax Deaprtment as a fiscal agent, Tacis project �Strangthening Government Administration and Assistance to the Civil Service Reform� as a local expert and others.
As a professional translator, Jamshid bacame the winner of Open Society Institute�s grant competitions for English-Uzbek translation of a university textbook on Sociology and a A Framework for Teaching Economics. He joined the Project team in June 2001. Currently conducting a PhD research in Economics. |

Bekzod Begmatov |
Bekzod graduated from Andijan Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in 2002, Bachelor.
Before joining the Project worked as interpreter in International Tennis Tournaments held in Andijan and as a trainer for ADC (Andijan Development Center) |

Abduvahob Abidov |
Mr. Abduvakhab S. Abidov
Joined the project from the first day of its commencement.
Manages day-to-day operations of the project sub-office and provides logistical support to the Teacher Development Component. Translates to and from Uzbek, Russian and English languages. Mr. Abduvakhab has well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to quickly form productive working relationships. He is energetic and task-oriented. Has an expertise about Uzbekistan Education System from his experience in Tashkent Primary School-174, where he worked during 2000-2001 as a Teacher of English. Worked in Le Meridien Tashkent hotel 1996-2000 as a Hotel Night Manager. |

Maria Koryakovtseva |
Maria graduated from Nizhzny Novgorod Linguistic University (Russia) in 1997 where she studied pedagogy, English and Spanish languages.
Starting from 1999 she was working in European Union�s Tacis projects: EDUZ 9602 �Assistance to the reform of public and higher education� (as translator/ interpreter), EDUZ 9803 �Assistance to the reform of vocational education� (as translator/interpreter, Team Leader assistant for equipment procurement). Working in Fontys University Representative Office she carried out diverse activities, including assistance to the establishment of Uzbek-Dutch University. Maria joined SSEProject in spring 2002. |

Graduated from the Uzbek University of the World Languages in Tashkent. She is professional Russian-English and English-Russian translator/interpreter. She has extensive experience in working with international companies and organizations among which are:
the British �United M Industries Incorporated� in Tashkent as Executive secretary, Translator/Interpreter, Sales and Marketing Assistant, Head of the Sales and Marketing Unit of the company;
Representative Office of �Fontys� University of Professional Education (the Netherlands) in Tashkent as Assistant Coordinator �Uzbek-Dutch University of Professional Education� establishment project; EU Drug Combating Program implemented in Uzbekistan in close collaboration with the National Drug Combating Center at the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Interpreter; |
