Sabir Umarov |
Sabir Umarov, doctor of sciences with major in mathematics and physics. He is the author of over 50 scientific and instructional handwritings. He is experienced in working with international projects. While working with international projects he visited Japan (PREX), Germany (Free University in Berlin) and England (Kings College, London). Initially he had joined the SSE Development Project as a Local Distance Education Expert and later in September 2002 he was appointed as a Local Team Leader.

Victor Sharipov |
Victor Sharipov was educated in hydropower engineering. He has over 30 years of practical experience in the education sphere. During the first decade he was a professor at the Tashkent State Technical Institute, while proceeding 23 years he was an SSVE associate having had started his career as a special subject teacher and had grown into the head of the vocational and technical education department at the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a leader of experts team for establishing a power-training center he went to Angola peoples republic. He joined the SSE development Project as a Local VET expert.

Jahongir Haitov |
Jahongir Haitov has initially been employed as an assistant procurement expert to facilitate the day-to-day work of procurement unit of the Project. Nowadays, Jahongir is the Local Procurement Expert and shares major tasks and responsibilities with the International Procurement Consultant. He's got a useful working experience with different international organisations at various positions, from translator for engineering consortia to a Programme Officer at United Nations Development Programme.

Alimjan Khalmuhamedov |
Doctor of sciences with major in physics and mathematics, professor. Graduate from the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. he is author of a number of over 30 scientific and instructional works, as well as the algebra textbook for the 7th - 9th forms of the secondary general-education schools. In terms of research into scientific and educational issues he visited England (Kings College, London), Hungary (University of Lorand Ethvesh, Budapest) and Poland (International Conference, Warsaw).
He has been working with the Project since 2001 as a Local Textbook Publishing Expert. |
